Rule 1

All sales are final and can not be returned for a refund. Product damages should be reported within one working day of confirmed delivery. Any late reports will be deemed void.

Rule 2

Reselling of Indigo professional products are strictly prohibited and are only available at our stipulated points of sale. Indigo South Africa can not be held responsible for any product quality or misconduct if Indigo products are purchased elsewhere.

Rule 3

Professional technical and product training are mandatory for exclusive salons. Product or technical support can not be given to any individual that has not been trained with the Indigo system. We can not be held responsible for any product or service failure if the individual has not received the correct training through Indigo South Africa.
